Hello everyone,
After some research I have decided to go with Backerkit to help in the organization of the fulfillment process. I've been learning about their services, as well as, putting the required information together on their website, and Backerkit seems like a major boon to the logistics of running a successful crowd sourced fundraising campaign.
I've had an amazing journey with this Kickstarter project, and I really like the brilliant suggestions from Serpine regarding additional miniatures to add to War in Christmas Village collection. I'm especially fond Mrs. Clause with a loaded crossbow! Alex, the sculptor, and I plan to put together some more Christmas Village miniature designs to launch later in December of this year, after fulfillment of this project.
If the Zombie Christmas Villager miniature stretch goal doesn't get unlocked for this project, as it stands we're a bit short of funding for a second mold, I will get the designs together for the campaign in December of 2017.

Hello everyone. I wanted to send a quick update about the Christmas Village Zombie slideshow I put together. I plan to advertise this stretch goal in order to hopefully raise enough money to get a second master mold cast, and then have these zombie designs manufactured too.
Margaret the Mare, the zombie horse miniature, is based off of an encounter I wrote. She's a really beautiful piece, and although I originally wanted to include the design in the first mold, a zombie reindeer made more cohesive sense with the overall design aesthetic of the War in Christmas miniature set. So, poor Margaret got relegated to second string.
I would really like to get her manufactured and put into the miniature market in 2017, because I haven't seen many zombie animal models, and I think Alex did a really amazing job with her sculpt. If it doesn't happen this year, I'll be sure to include her in next year's Kickstart.
